Community Guidelines
Creating a safe, supportive space for mental health advocacy
“An enterprise against stigma and hate.” Pneumapsyche exists to create a supportive community where individuals affected by mental health challenges can share experiences, find resources, and connect with peers in a safe, judgment-free environment.
Core Values
Our community is built on these foundational principles:
- Respect: Treat every member with dignity, regardless of their background or experiences
- Empathy: Approach others with understanding and compassion
- Safety: Prioritize emotional and psychological safety of all members
- Confidentiality: Honor the privacy of shared experiences
- Authenticity: Encourage genuine sharing in a judgment-free space
- Anti-Stigma: Challenge harmful stereotypes about mental health
